Suma Tapioca, derived from the cassava root, is used to create tapioca pudding. 4 parts water is simply combined to one part tapioca, brought to boil and allowed to simmer under reduced heat for around 20 minutes. Sugar, milk and/or coconut milk and other flavourings can be added to improve taste.

This product is easy to use and has a neutral flavor.

It is perfect for a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack.
